Q: Why choose Dworski Associates? A: We specialize in customizing programs and presentations that
provide real-world solutions to your specific organizational
challenges. We design our trainings and keynotes so that they
are integrated into your environment and cultural realities.
More
than twenty years’ experience in business, coupled
with fifteen years as consultant and facilitator to national
and international clients, have given us an enormous depth of
experience across a broad range of industries and business disciplines.
All of this means we can create a seminar or keynote tailored
specifically to address the concerns of your individual company
or Association.
Q: How does customizing work? A: We start
as soon as you’ve zeroed in
on the topics and/or skills-areas your organization needs to
learn more about. We
invest an enormous amount of time performing due diligence. If
your company or organization is nearby, we’ll make a first-person
visit to learn more about the challenges you’re facing.
If an on-site visit is not possible, we’ll spend as much
time as necessary on the phone with your key personnel, managers
and front-line, to hear their concerns and to understand their
challenges. With that information in hand, we’re able to
begin developing your presentation or training. We share our
working outline with you and incorporate your feedback to ensure
we’re absolutely on-target for your group. Q: What’s special about your presentation
style? A: We
use a wide range of techniques. In any given presentation, you
might see a combination of interactive, experiential exercises,
small group discussions, visuals, written exercises, role-plays,
games, skits, anecdotes and stories––all done
with great good humor. Customized workbooks and handouts accompany
all presentations. Q: What about follow-up? A: Dworski Associates creates and provides all the relevant workbooks,
handout materials, and follow-up activity-leave-behinds necessary
to ensure that the effect of our presentation reverberates beyond
the presentation itself. Q: How can I be sure that your presentations will work for my organization? A: “Facilitating behavioral change in the workplace is what
we’re all about,” says founder David Dworski. “Our
goal is to help your employees perform more productively, creatively,
and efficiently as a result of our presentation. We deliver a complete
package: we conduct in-depth research about your organization,
create specific workbooks and back-up materials to reinforce our
training; we deliver a dynamic, entertaining presentation, and
we provide follow-up as necessary––everything you need
to guarantee you achieve the change you want.” |
